Certain artwork and rights to artists’ likenesses are owned by the respective artists, and are used her with permission. No licenses or rights are granted in or to any portion of this website other than as may be incident to normal browsing, beyond which no portion may be used, copied, reverse engineered, overburdened, or otherwise hacked for any reason.

Art Sales

All art sales are final and prices paid are nonrefundable. Advertised prices do not include applicable taxes, tariffs, import/export fees, and shipping & handling charges, which may be added. Buyer is responsible for confirming shipped art is free from damage at point of arrival. Buyer’s receipt of and failure to reject shipped artwork at point of arrival constitutes buyer’s final acceptance thereof. Upon purchase, Title to artwork passes from the respective artist to the respective buyer, not through GAME, and GAME and its affiliates shall bear no liability whatsoever to artist or buyer with respect thereto. GAME’s possession of artwork is not a bailment or a trust. Artists and buyers are responsible for obtaining such insurance as they may require respecting all artwork held or shipped. Other standard terms and conditions of sale may apply.
