Gustavo Briceño Cruz

Sensual, voluptuous and vibrant colors are what come to mind when you see a Gustavo Briceño Cruz creation. His work has culminated in a world of his own creation, which he calls Fantasy Figuration. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Gustavo has served as the director of art for several agencies offering drawing and graphic design. He then owned his own graphic art and design agency for 20 years. Gustavo's creative talent won him the 2006 Tampa Hispanic Heritage Poster Contest. His art is showcased in TECO's lobby, and he was named the 2005 Man of the Year in Art by the Tampa Hispanic Heritage Organization, Inc.
